The Land Acquisition Division conducts progress reviews of land acquisition at the provincial level, and the first progress review meeting for the year 2026 was held on 30.01.2026 at the auditorium of this Ministry, presided over by the Additional Secretary (Development) to the Ministry of Lands.
Officers engaged in land acquisition duties from the Divisional Secretariats of the Southern Province, attached to this Ministry, participated in the meeting and the current progress of land acquisition and related issues were discussed.
